Unlike physical goods, digital products (such as WordPress plugins, themes, and add-ons) are fully accessible immediately upon purchase. Once you download the software, copy the license key, or install the files on your server, it is impossible to physically return the product. To protect our intellectual property and prevent fraud, we maintain a firm no-refund policy.
We want you to love using our software. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, plugin conflicts, or setup issues, please don’t walk away frustrated.
Before assuming the software won’t work for you, we ask that you open a support ticket or reach out to our team at support@pickviz.com. Our engineering team will work with you directly to resolve any bugs or installation hurdles.
If your purchase includes an ongoing subscription for updates, support, or sports data feeds:
We encourage our customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing confusion or technical issues. Raising an unannounced dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment processor slows down the resolution process and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license keys, support access, and PickViz account.
Pro-Tip for Your Legal Page: When you paste this onto your site, make sure you also add a checkbox at checkout that says something like, “I agree to the Terms of Service and understand that because PickViz is downloadable software, all sales are final.” This gives you a bulletproof defense if a customer tries to file a fraudulent chargeback with their credit card company later!
